It started with a cat named Marshmallow!

He's fluffy, opinionated, and absolutely convinced he runs the house. Honestly? He probably does.

When we got Marshmallow, something shifted in how we thought about pet care. Suddenly we found ourselves reading labels, comparing products, and second-guessing every purchase, not because we were anxious, but because we genuinely wanted to get it right. We wanted the things sharing his life to actually be worth having.

The problem was the shopping experience. Too many options with too little honest guidance. Stores that carried everything but explained nothing. Products that looked great in photos and fell apart in a fortnight.

We figured we couldn't be the only ones feeling that way.
